We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty for Mattress Covers:

This One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty covers only manufacturing defects encountered during normal residential use of our mattress covers and is valid only for the original purchaser. The Warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year.

What is Covered:

 

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
  • Faults in the fabric structure leading to tearing under normal use.

  • What is not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or any use contrary to the instructions provided by the Company.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, such as discoloration or fading.
  • Damage caused by pets, insects, or use in outdoor settings.
  • Stains, odors, or hygiene-related issues.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God.

    How to make a claim:

     

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email within the Warranty period. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Assessment: The Company will assess your claim, which may involve requesting additional information or photos of the defect.
  • Resolution: If your claim is approved, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair the Product, replace it with a similar item, or offer a prorated refund.

  • The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
  • The Company's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. No other claims for damages will be accepted.

  • Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we're happy to accommodate your request.
  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
